个人简介
中国热喷涂协会会员；教育部“教育装备研究与发展中心”中央级公益性科研研究院所基本科研课题研究；北理工（天津）新材料研究院多功能一体化特种防护材料实验室成员；北京麻豆精品秘 国产传媒重庆创新中心新材料技术实验室表面工程方向柔性引进人员；北理工定点帮扶方山县庞泉重型机械制造有限公司技术扶贫人员
面对航空航天、舰船以及陆基武器平台对于特种防护的迫切需求，长期开展特种功能陶瓷材料的研究工作，包括材料设计、合成以及性能表征控制等；利用等离子喷涂等先进特种加工技术，在金属、陶瓷以及复合材料表面制备功能涂层，深入探讨涂层特征的形成机理，掌握涂层性能的精微控制方法；致力于先进材料及涂层技术的工程化应用工作，实现多种功能涂层产品的批量制备，为多个武器型号的研发提供了有力支撑。
共承担三门本科生专业课程的讲授，分别是《材料表面技术》、《微电子制造工艺基础》以及《CAD/CAM原理与实践》。作为导师每年指导3名以上硕士研究生，并且每年协助指导1名博士生。指导多个本科生团队参加大学生竞赛，包括创新创业大赛、世纪杯以及互联网+等。连续三年获评优秀班主任称号。
主持了多项基金项目研究工作，包括总装预研基金、科工局重点实验室基金等，主持了科工局基础加强项目，科工局特种粉末专项以及科工局特种材料国产化专项等项目。
在Ceramics International、Journal of Alloys and Compounds等期刊表SCI论文20余篇。以第一发明人申请国家发明专利30余项。
